\nWe will keep your personal data while you remain a member, as we need it to provide you with services.
\nIf your relationship with ESPAGAT ends, your data will be deleted. However, we must keep it for the time necessary to comply with different legal obligations and in case they are requested by a judge or court or an administrative authority, or for the formulation, exercise and defense of claims. During this time of conservation, we will not use your data for any other purpose than the aforementioned and, once the legal preservation deadlines and the limitation periods for applicable actions expire in each case, we will delete your personal data definitively.
